How to be mediocre?
Actually, it is not very difficult to be mediocre. It requires less effort, so you can lead a comfortable and lazy life. You do not need a great sense of humour also.

- Deniability–“They decided, created, commanded or blocked. Not my fault.”
This thing always works. By the time people figure out that it was actually your fault, you have already moved to the next project.
- Helplessness–“My boss won’t let me.”
You are the smartest guy this side of Afghanistan, but what can you do?
- Contempt–“They don’t pay me enough to put up with the likes of these customers.”
You are an unhappy soul. You are a company transit passenger and will be shown the door anytime soon. So why the hell should you break your bones walking the extra mile?
- Fear–“It’s good enough, it’s not worth the risk, people will talk, this might not work…” This new world brought compliance and compliance brought fear and fear brought us mediocrit
